Harbors other resistance genes:
BlaTEM-1: Broad-spectrum beta-lactamase. Confers resistance to penicillins and first generation cephalosphorins.
BlaCTX-M-27: Beta-lactamase
aadA1: Aminoglycoside nucleotidyltransferase gene. Active against aminoglycoside antibiotics.
aadA2: Aminoglycoside nucleotidyltransferase gene. Active against aminoglycoside antibiotics.
aac(3)-IIa: Aminoglycoside nucleotidyltransferase gene. Active against aminoglycoside antibiotics.
lnuF: Lincosamide nucleotidyltransferase. Active against lincosamides (e.g. clindamycin)
mph(A): Encodes for resistance enzyme MPH(2')-I. Active against macrolide antibiotics.
dfrA14: An integron-encoded dihydrofolate reductase, active against diaminopyrimidine antibiotics (e.g., trimethoprim).
tet(A): A tetracycline efflux pump.
sul1: A dihydropteroate synthase. Active against sulphonamide antibiotics.
sul3: A dihydropteroate synthase. Active against sulphonamide antibiotics.
floR: A plasmid or chromosome-encoded chloramphenicol exporter.
