Each kit includes one lyophilized microorganism pellet per strain (in individual vials) plus Hydration Fluid. Pellets are quantitated to deliver 10 to 100 CFU per inoculum, so there’s no serial dilution needed. Once rehydrated, pellets stay stable for up to 8 hours, giving you flexibility to run testing on your schedule.
