EZ-SPORE™ enumerated lyophilized microorganism preparations are used as daily process controls for qualitative and quantitative spoilage detection methods.

EZ-SPORE™ preparations provide a guaranteed concentration of 1.0-9.9E+04 CFU per pellet. EZ-SPORE™ is packaged in a vial containing 10 pellets of a single lyophilized strain. A peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for convenient documentation.
