Growth Promotion Challenges for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Laboratories

EZ-CFU™ lyophilized microorganism preparations deliver less than 100 CFU per 0.1 mL of challenge material when processed as directed. A one log dilution in pH 7.2 phosphate buffer is required. Following the dilution step, over 90 tests can be completed using the same suspension. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation.

EZ-CFU™ is packaged as a kit containing:

• Two vials of a single enumerated microorganism (10 lyophilized pellets in each vial)
• 10 vials of hydrating fluid  (2 mL in each vial)
