Multiple Application Enumerated Challenges

Enumerated microorganism preparations are quickly becoming one of the most valuable tools available to quality control laboratories. Lab technicians can utilize Epower™ microorganisms from MicroBioLogics® to perform essential quality control functions including microbial detection and enumeration, equipment calibration, method validation, bioburden determination, and antibacterial effectiveness and lethality testing. Epower™ microorganisms can be easily manipulated to deliver a wide variety of concentrations.

Epower™ lyophilized microorganism preparations are enumerated and traceable to a reference culture. They are available in concentrations ranging from E+02 to E+08 CFU per pellet. Epower™ microorganisms can be used individually or several Epower™ micro-organisms can be combined for a mixed microorganism population challenge. Each kit includes a vial of 10 pellets of a single enumerated microorganism strain and a peel-off Certificate of Assay.
