"I actually have two stories to share - one that demonstrates Microbiologics superior product quality, and the other that demonstrates their dedication to customer service!
I’d like to share my story and appreciation of the superior quality of Microbiologics QC Organisms. We used to use a competitor’s product and for the longest time would have numerous problems with quality control failures in our ID/Sensi system and poor growing organisms. We would have to order new QC organisms often because of these QC failures and because the organisms would die quickly. A colleague told me about Microbiologic, and I replaced our entire stock of QC organisms with Microbiologics strains. We now have very rare problems with our quality control, the organisms are robust and healthy looking, the product is easy to use and comes in very convenient package sizes.
My other story has to do with Microbiologics customer service. We had a problem a couple of years ago with our Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 25923 strain on our Microscan. All of a sudden, we were having QC failures with one biochemical after I had recently put into use a new lot of QC organism. Microbiologics was very helpful in helping us troubleshoot our issue, shipping me a new lot number of organism overnight and guiding me through helpful hints and techniques over the telephone. It turned out that this particular lot number I was using was lacking a key biochemical reaction that was showing up in Microscan panels as a QC failure, but the new lot number that I received overnight was fine. Microbiologics followed up with phone calls and emails to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

Microbiologics is the great company with many available products and has an excellent service. The customers' requests are priority concerned. The order is wrapped in 10 minutes, and the products will arrive the next day with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and maintaining information.
The customer service team has been done great job. Besides nice and professional courtesy, the customer representative knows how to guide the customers choose the right products, to replace the discontinue items and to place the back order. Additionally, they keep track the back order and ship them as soon as the products are available.
