For Growth Promotion Testing
EZ-CFU™ is used to perform Growth Promotion Tests of culture media with ease. EZ-CFU™ lyophilized microorganism preparations deliver less than 100 CFU per 0.1 mL when processed as directed. A one log dilution in pH 7.2 phosphate buffer is required. Following the dilution step, EZ-CFU™ provides over 90 inocula using the same suspension. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation.
